Vendor Registration

For Vendors interested in participating:

Inland Empire and San Diego/Imperial APIC chapters are presenting a one day seminar.  Our target audience includes professionals in infection prevention, public health arena, family practice physicians and clinicians, microbiologists and pharmacists, as well as front line pre-hospital and nursing staff.  Based on attendance at our last two annual seminars, we anticipate 120 to 150 attendees. The program is scheduled for Friday, September 20,  2019 from 7:30 am to 3:30 p.m. at the South Coast Winery & Resort in Temecula, California. We have allotted time for participants to visit vendor displays during registration, at the morning,  lunch, and afternoon break. We encourage your company’s participation in this event and welcome your support as a vendor.  Our vendor fee is $500.00 which includes one display space/table, lunch for two vendors and recognition.   Vendors can pay by check or credit card.  Your participation in this event will contribute to the success of our program by offsetting costs and providing future educational scholarship funding for APIC members.  In addition, if you are able to, please bring a gift suitable for our raffle. The theme is “Passport to Prevention”, a travel/international theme. Vendor Space is limited.
